I built CafeMom’s YouTube programming from the ground up, developing 27 original series that explored parenting in all its messy, funny, surprising, and relatable forms. CafeMom was a digital destination where moms could get real about the joys and challenges of parenthood, find community, and turn to one another for advice, support, and practical help. Our programming brought that spirit to life through a wide range of creative formats and perspectives, from talk shows hosted by influential mom creators and sitcom-style comedy to Mom-on-the-Street game shows, documentaries, crafting series, and animated shorts. One standout, Your Kid Asked What?, tackled the wonderfully head-scratching questions kids come up with, bringing the answers to life through clever reenactments and humor.
As Executive Producer, I set the editorial vision and oversaw the full production operation—from leading internal teams and managing outside production companies to shaping creative, providing ongoing feedback, and ensuring every series met a high bar for storytelling and execution. I was the final voice on editorial standards and quality, guiding each project from concept through delivery and building a diverse slate of original programming that made parenting entertaining, relatable, and anything but predictable.
